after 7 times of watching Frozen in a row.. for the second day in a row, I have decided that I am bringing my laptop and catching up onTeen Wolf and Pretty Little Liars while Des watches the only movie that he wont throw a fit during and will actually sit down and watch.. I have also decided that I will need to start bringing my migraine medicine and something for lunch for him… that’s always fun.. finish out the week and then 3 days next week.. that’s all I have to keep remining myself….

my teacher sent a student home today because the student had had an anxiety attack earlier in the morning and she said “if you have a broken bone, you don’t just keep walking on it and damaging it more, you treat it. Your mental health is the same. Health then school.”

I was about to get really angry but it took a different turn than I expected
we really need more teachers like this

First full day away from Zeus… since hes not ‘kid friendly’ (aka he startles easly at high pitched noises and grabbing) im watching Des at Kevins house.. ive only been gone for 2 hours and im already itching to go home and snuggle him :/ his first vet appointment is tonight but I will probably miss it..

Heart attacks symptoms are different for women. I recently learned this.

Everyone should know these things.

thanks to mainstream media and being unable to show breasts on TV, way too few people know about female signs of cardiac distress, and impending heart attacks. they only know about the “pain in the left arm” male symptom.
